David has experience in preparing land surveys to A.L.T.A. standards for various clients, covering everything all aspects of land survey, from dependant resurvey, to section breakdown. David is also experienced in construction surveying for commercial and residential land development, including storm water drainage, waterline and sewer line construction surveying. David has more than 30 years of experience as the founder and owner of AEC Consultants.

Paul is responsible for residential and commercial/industrial subdivision projects in the Valley Metro area. The improvements range from design stage to completion, including grading, water, sewer, storm drain, fire line and paving plans. Paul has experience in design and project management of commercial/industrial development projects including office buildings/office parks, and auto/commercial projects. Paul has more than 25 years of experience as the design engineer and vice-president of AEC Consultants.
