- ALTA Surveys
A survey conducted in accordance with the "Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys" as adopted by the American Land Title Association and National Society of Professional Surveyors.
- Boundary Surveys "Arizona Boundary Survey" means any one or more of the following:
- The marking of boundaries, the setting of monuments, or the restoration or rehabilitation of any monument marking a corner or line that controls real property.
- The determination of the location, on the ground, of any appurtenance which may potentially affect the rights and/or the enjoyment of real property.
- The determination of the position of any monument, reference point, or any other mark, when such monument or mark controls the location of boundaries or rights of ownership in real property.
- The presentation of any type of survey drawings, maps or plats, and/or reports-of-survey or any other documents as related to land boundary surveying, for the purpose of identifying the location of real property.
- Topographic Mapping A survey that has for its major purposes the determination of the configuration (relief) of the surface of the earth (ground) and the location of natural and man-made objects thereon.
- Encroachment Surveys A survey that locates any unlawful and adverse intrusion within the boundary of a property, such as cultivation of the soil, enclosure by fence, the construction of an improvement, extension of a tunnel, underground operation or comparable act.
- Boundary Line Revisions The correction or revision of a boundary without creating any new lots or parcels.
- Land Division/Lot Splits The division of land for the purpose of sale or lease, into five or fewer lots or parcels
- Subdivisions The division of land for the purpose of sale or lease, into six or more lots or parcels.
- Condominium Plats A lot or parcel, portions of which are designated for separate ownership and the remainder of which is designated for common ownership solely by the owners of the separate portions.
- Construction Staking The setting of construction stakes or other markings establishing lines and grades for earthwork, road work, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, structures and centerlines for utilities and necessary appurtenances.
- Easements A right held by one property owner to make use of the land of another for a limited purpose, as right of passage
- Parking Facilities Off street areas for the parking and loading of motor vehicles.
- Earthwork Quantity Analysis The calculation of volume in material stockpiles, and the computations of cut and fill volumes required for earthmoving operations.
- Storm Drainage and Retention Basins Aboveground and or underground facilities for the storage and disposal of storm water run off.
- Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans Plans to control erosion of soil from a construction site.
- Grading & Drainage Design The design of the site surface improvements to control storm runoff.
- Water Main Extensions Plans for the extension of publicly owned water distribution facilities.
- Sewer Main Extensions Plans for the extension of publicly owned sewer collection facilities.
- Public and Private Fire Lines Plans to construct water pipelines and fire hydrants that provide water for the purposes of firefighting.
- Site Plumbing Design Plans that connect water and sewer lines from buildings to the adjacent publicly owned water and sewer mains
- Street Paving, Signage & Striping Design Plans for the construction of street improvements
